L’agenzia Lattecreative cerca un web designer, per le sedi di Roma o Bruxelles (ma c’è anche la possibilità di lavorare a distanza), con queste caratteristiche:

Position: Web designer.

Location: Preferable Bruxelles or Rome, but we can consider working from distance.

Company: Lattecreative is a new creative agency active in the field of digital media – born to change the world for the better. We provide all-round solutions for campaigning needs, from awareness raising to fundraising, advocacy to list-building. We produce cross-media content and designs to address political, cultural and social topics.

Description: We’re looking for a web designer with a strong creative mind, a deep knowledge of usability, a clear love for simplicity and who is always up-to-date with the latest developments on the web.

You’ll help us craft our visual style and will be involved in the whole creative process, contributing ideas to the development of our projects.

You’ll also need to be good in public relations, and to be able to present our projects to the clients.

Requirements:

• Absolute love for the web,
• proactive and independent attitude, as you’re expected to provide solutions, work alone and be a source of inspiration to everybody else in the team,
• experienced with the most common web designing applications,
• a minimum of confidence with all the following software, languages and CMS. Software: Adobe creative suite, MockFlow, Google Analytics, Mail Chimp. Languages: Html, Css, javascript. CMS: WordPress, Joomla!
• a good knowledge of web coding – HTML, CSS e Javascript – would be helpful,
• ability to work independently and set own priorities,
• fluent English.

Working hours: We don’t believe that dynamism means being workaholic, but if a day or a period we need to sink in a project we don’t step back. This can mean unusual working hours and lost weekends, but while the distribution of the work can be flexible, the overall working hours agreed are always respected.

Travelling: From time to time you will need to travel to attend meetings, events and visit clients.
